It was fun to see how many people dressed up on campus today. Lots of cool costumes. Tonight was my night to make dinner. We had "dinner in a pumpkin". It turned out pretty well despite I had to cut off the top of the pumpkin because it was moldy. . . don't worry though it tasted fine.
It turned out delicious. Rice, hamburger, celery, onions, peppers, water chestnuts and cream of chicken soup cooked in a pumpkin for about 2 hours. I think it would be good with mushrooms as well but we didn't have any.
I toasted the pumpkin seeds to and they are SOOOO good! I love them.
My Mom sent the cups on my Halloween package.
Happy Halloween!
