Post #1 (Because I don't know what to call it!)

Well it is official... I have a blog! Wether that is good or bad I have yet to decide. I have one person to thank for this glorious event that has taken pass who better than my twin sister KATELYN!!!! She has a blog called "Becoming Kate" it is really cool she talks about all sorts of things...deep things...legit things...it is pretty much awesome. Her family will love having the stories, goals and innermost thoughts that she shares. It was by that inspiration that I convinced myself to get a blog. I am an avid journal keeper but have not been satisfied with what I write, I feel that is is just a list of things that I do. I want my children to have record of not just a list of events that I take part in but rather a knowledge of who I am--my goals, my thoughts, my feelings, and my spiritual experiences. It is for this purpose that I am writing. I hope what I write can be pleasing unto them, as that is my intent. My sister pretty much created this blog for me, all I did was tell her what font I wanted. She created the fabulous header above... she is very talented and I thank her for taking the time for helping me. Well I survived post #1.... Hopefully it gets easier :D
